The Regional Sales Manager, Business Development (Key/OEM Account) Manager is responsible for business development of key accounts and OEM partnerships related to the European market.
CommuniGate Systems is looking to staff all regions within EMEA, with immediate needs in the Eastern and West Southern Europe. This role will primarily be supporting activities in EMEA, but projects can require interaction with the other regional offices like Latin America and the USA. Good self management skills, multi-tasking and team work are essential.

Our solutions provide unique Value Added Services for providers from a trusted and stable company. CommuniGate Systems is in its 17th year of operations, and has been a profitable company for 10 years.
Job description:
- The RSM/Business Development will develop relations with key accounts in the broadband and mobile operator market.
- Develop new sales to OEM / Embedded partners through new OEM agreements; bundle agreements, and special projects. Work directly with solutions vendors, integrators or through a network of specialised resellers.
- Identify key VAR partners and prioritize activity workload accordingly for sell through relationships.
- Identify needs & opportunities, proactively position CommuniGate Systems solutions to new partner executives, agree & execute joint business engagement plans.
- Present and develop business proposals for Executives in the sales process. Will understand the needs of product marketing executives in network operators.
- Business development minded, active market prospecting, development of long term relationships with accounts and excellent follow up will be key ingredients to assure the growth in the territory he/she will look after.
Profile:
- 5-7 years of proven sales success and background knowledge of technologies. Should have a network of contacts in the ISP/Network operator industry from history of selling into the segment.
- Must demonstrate experience of new business development as well as key account management.
- Contacts to hardware vendors like Ericsson, Lucent, Nokia and to technology partners are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment.
- Professional with good organizational and planning skills.
- Good communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player, and strong skills in coordination and control of large sales with partners in the filed.
- Well spoken and good written skills in English. Depending on territory other languages like French, Polish, are an advantage.
Reporting and Contracting:
- The RSM/Business Development Manager will report to the MD of the European office.
- Provide weekly accurate partner sales forecasts to Management Salary.
- Initial phase XXXXXX Euro plus VAT per month.
- Expenses for travel will be covered by CommuniGate Systems.
